Hello,
Several months ago, I purchased a Mohu Leaf Plus. I was excited about the prospect of getting over the air TV & eventually ditching Dish Network.
However, no matter where I place the Leaf Plus (Ive tried many options), when I scan for channels, I only get between 2-4 channels. I should be getting at least 8-10! There are stations that are 10-15 miles away-one in particular is 12.1 miles distance from our current home-that I can not get. When I do pull in the few channels that I can, they often break up horribly. I am very disappointed! I realize I am well past return of the product, but is there anything else I can do?? I also see that you now have a booster, but I am hesitant to purchase since the Leaf Plus has so far not lived up to my expectations. Please help!
Thanks,
Marsha
Hello Marsha,
Even though you may be within the mileage range, there are other factors that may be causing interference. I have passed your information onto customer service to contact you directly. They will conduct a signal strength reading for you to determine if and what kind of interference is happening at your location. Thank you for trying our product!
