Transcoder Issues

Video stops playing, pauses intermittently or becomes unclear.
Restarting AirWave temporarily solves issue. Restart button is now available in the Settings menu.

Disconnect Issues

AirWave may become unresponsive, requiring a restart.
Some patches have already been released, addressing issues for some users.

Apple TV

Auto Restart After Firmware Update

An AirWave restart is required after firmware updates are installed. Currently this is a separate step. Future versions will automatically restart AirWave after the installation has completed.

Settings Reset Prompt After Restart

After AirWave is restarted, user is prompted to reset device settings. Future build will remove this prompt.
User is advised to select “cancel” if a settings reset prompt appears after restart.

Roku

Guide Refresh

The guide is not currently always shifting time over to the next time slot as the time span shifts into place.
Some patches have already been released, addressing issues for some users.

Inconsistent Video Playback

Video performance inconsistent among Roku device variations.
Performance has been improved for Roku 8.0. Patches still being released as related issues are resolved.

App may crash when switching to the Guide after completing a channel scan.

Channel Scan Results Cached

After an AirWave data reset, the channel scan count is showing a cached value.
