Whereas going over the 300GB data cap does not get your Internet turned off, it does mean you will face overage charges unless you are willing to pay an extra $35 a month to get unlimited data or $10 for every 50GB over. That $35 a month will add up to $420\u00a0a year.<\/p>\n<p>Gigabytes of data can be used every hour you stream an HD movie. I do know in many parts of the United States most providers have data caps, but you may want to look around and see if you can find one that does not. Unfortunately, for many folks in the US, <a href=\"http:\/\/arstechnica.com\/business\/2014\/09\/most-of-the-us-has-no-broadband-competition-at-25mbps-fcc-chair-says\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">options for ISPs are limited<\/a> and sometimes monopolistic.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re one of the many folks without an alternative option for your ISP, move on to the next option.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Get an Antenna<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Antennas not only bring you a huge line up of channels and content but when using them, the content you watch does not count toward your data cap.
