The nominations for the\u00a069th Annual Emmy Awards were just recently announced. According to Variety<\/em> magazine, the list of more than 400 television shows to choose from created a significant problem and \u201cvoting members of the TV Academy had no choice but to leave quite a few strong contenders off the 2017 Emmy ballots.\u201d<\/p>\n

For cord cutters, the good news about this list is that many of the 2017 Emmy nominations are available for free viewing with an HDTV antenna<\/a>. Here\u2019s a quick look at what the Emmy Award nomination voters believe are some of the best TV shows you can get with your antenna.<\/p>\n

ABC\u2019s comedy \u201cBlack-ish\u201d is coming up big in 2017 with a nomination for Best Comedy Series along with Comedy Actor and Comedy Actress. ABC\u2019s \u201cModern Family\u201d was also nominated for Best Comedy Series. \u201cShark Tank\u201d picked up a nomination and NBC received nominations for \u201cThis Is Us,\u201d \u201cAmerican Ninja Warrior,\u201d and \u201cThe Voice.\u201d<\/p>\n

CBS picked up a pair of nominations for \u201cThe Late Show\u201d and \u201cThe Late Late Show.\u201d PBS also came up with several nominations for \u201cSherlock: The Lying Detective,\u201d \u201cAntiques Roadshow,\u201d and \u201cAmerican Masters\u201d for Documentary.<\/p>\n
