Mohu Terms and Conditions for Champions Giveaway Sweepstakes
Winning entry will be randomly selected and contacted via email or phone. Winners will not be contacted through Facebook. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Tokyo 2020 or 2021, or any Events associated with U.S. Champions and each for their subsidiaries or affiliates. You understand that you are providing your information to Mohu, not to Facebook.
Prize Eligibility: Only persons who are at least 18 years of age can enter. You must register with valid information. Do not enter any information that relates or belongs to another person. This offer is limited to one reward per household.
Condition: By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Mohu, which shall be final. Mohu, employees and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (ii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Mohu that may cause the Drawing to be disrupted or corrupted; (iv) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Drawing. Mohu reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the Drawing at any time if a computer virus, bug or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Giveaway Sweepstakes.
Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment associated with or utilized in the Giveaway Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to shipping or other malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software;(3)unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Giveaway Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant's participation in the Giveaway Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an Entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Giveaway Sweepstakes, provided that such confirmation occurs prior to the drawing.
General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Giveaway Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway Sweepstakes, as determined by any Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Release: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless any Mohu, any Sponsor, Facebook, U.S. Champions or each of their respective subsidiaries or affiliates and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and each such company's officers, direction, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or causes of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Giveaway Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of the prize or any portion of the prize.
